Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Kinwood Corporation ("Kinwood," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the Kinwood app and website (the "Service"). By accessing or using Kinwood, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use Of The Service

You agree to use Kinwood only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Kinwood, its users, or third parties.

Accounts And Access

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activities under your account.

Subscriptions And Billing

Kinwood offers an optional paid subscription that unlocks premium features and content. Subscriptions are sold and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and your purchase is also subject to that platform's terms.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and view renewal dates, in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds are handled by the app store in accordance with its policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly. Deleting your Kinwood account or removing the app does not cancel your subscription.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with Kinwood are owned by Kinwood or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.

Health And Wellness Disclaimer

Kinwood content is for general wellness and informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. Kinwood includes guided walks and other outdoor activities: you take part at your own pace and risk, are responsible for your surroundings and personal safety, and should stop if you feel unwell.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinwood is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Kinwood is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Privacy

Your use of Kinwood is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.

Changes To Service Or Terms

We may update the service or these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
